The promise.
Within 30 days of your first paid charge on any LazyReel plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale), you can request a full refund. We'll process it. We won't talk you out of it. We won't make you fill out a survey or get on a call.
That's the whole policy.
What you keep.
- The first slideshow you generated. Yours forever, refund or no refund.
- Any slide images you downloaded during your paid period.
- Anything you've already published to your TikTok account.
How to request a refund.
- 1. Email [email protected].
- 2. Include the email address on your LazyReel account so we can find your subscription.
- 3. That's it. We'll process the refund and confirm by email, usually within one business day.
You don't need to explain why. You don't need to wait for a manager. You don't need to use a chatbot.
After 30 days.
Refunds after 30 days are reviewed case by case. We're reasonable. Things happen. If something specific went wrong, email us and we'll figure it out.
You can also cancel any subscription at any time from inside the app. That stops future charges immediately, even if you're past the 30-day window.
The fine print.
- The 30-day window starts on your first paid charge, not on signup.
- Refunds apply to the most recent paid period only. We won't backdate refunds for prior renewals.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Timing depends on your bank, usually 5–10 business days.
- Repeated sign-up-and-refund patterns may make a future refund request reviewed rather than automatic. We've never had to do this. It's just here.
- Custom Agency plans negotiated directly may have separate refund terms specified in their agreement.
